Please find the instructions below for integrating your website with Bullhorn via our Career Portal: https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal/wiki

 

You will be downloading and configuring the Bullhorn Career Portal, and then uploading it to your own website. You’ll need the following information to enable the integration:

  • Corp Token: 8A4DU9 
  • Swimlane: 21

 

From here, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Complete the setup instructions for the Open Source Career Portal at https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal/wiki
  2. Download the Career Portal Enablement Form attached to this email, and fill out the following information:
    • Your domain root (the URL where you have uploaded the portal contact).
    • Whether you would like returning applicants’ resumes to automatically parse to their existing Bullhorn records.
    • Whether you would like to auto syndicate your Bullhorn Career Portal postings to Indeed.
      • Note: By requesting our syndication service to Indeed, you agree to allow Indeed to discontinue syndicating from any previous Bullhorn, MaxHire, or SendOuts source.
    • The Bullhorn usertypes that should have the ability to publish jobs to the Open Source Career Portal.
  3. Return the completed Career Portal Enablement Form to myself or our support team, so we can complete the configuration of the Open Source Career Portal.

If you are currently using WordPress, you have two options:

  1. We have an official WordPress Plugin you can install that is simple to use and compatible with the latest version of the Open Source Career Portal. You can find the enablement steps here.
